Summary
Researchers at USF have developed and system and method for incoherent light holography that is specially designed so that there is no need for moving parts or extra cameras, while still being able to capture a digital holographic image as well as having the image be in full color. This simplification makes it so that the lay person and the professional can take high quality pictures that can be easily manipulated after the photo is taken. This ability to look at and manipulate an image from different angles has applications in microscopy as well.
