Summary

Researchers at the University of South Florida have developed a powerful and flexible Android application to control robots, robotic arms and remote control (RC) devices in a 3D space. The application can run on virtually any Android device, and can enable up to six (6) degrees of motion in space (ex: robot, arm, car, boat, plane, drone, helicopter, etc.). The app provides easy and in-tuitive control for up to six individual degrees of movement includ-ing left and right, forward and backward, up and down, tilt, yaw and roll. In addition, the application can establish a video feedback connection for enhanced remote operation.
